The New York Knickerbockers will open the team’s 69th season of NBA basketball at The World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden, on Wednesday, Oct. 29, facing their Eastern Conference rival, the Chicago Bulls at 8:00 p.m.

New York’s regular season home schedule is highlighted by one visit from the NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday, Mar. 17 and two visits by the Eastern Conference Champion Miami Heat on Sunday, Nov. 30 and Friday, Feb. 20. Holiday games at MSG include: Christmas Day versus the Washington Wizards at noon and the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day game on Monday, Jan. 19 versus the New Orleans Pelicans at 5:30 p.m. The team will play a total of seven afternoon games at home.

In addition, the Knicks will play their second-ever regular season game outside of North America, returning to London for the first time since 2013, to face the Milwaukee Bucks, as part of the NBA Global Games.

Prior to the 82-game regular season, New York will participate in seven preseason games, with the schedule to be released at a later date. MSG Network, the award-winning television home of the New York Knickerbockers, will telecast 75 regular season games, and all seven preseason games.
